Tap the "Login" button at the top of the page. You can join in seconds with your Google account, a code sent to your phone, or your email address. Guides and information pages are open to everyone; posting, sending requests and joining a caravan require membership.

Seller applications are reviewed by our team, and only approved stores go live. If you have a problem with a store or product, write to info@ummetia.com and we will look into it.

Umrah is performed all year round, and Ummetia is with you all year. You can post in the Feed, meet Muslims who share your interests in Circles, follow prayer times, browse the stores and explore caravans.

Ummetia is a global ecosystem that brings together Muslims across five continents, uniting spiritual life, social life and trade under one roof. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest; it is never sold or used for advertising. By default, your location is visible only to you. To have your account deleted, write to info@ummetia.com.

Fill in the relevant request form. Your request is reviewed and forwarded to a suitable provider, who will contact you. Your contact details are shared only with the provider that takes on your request.

To sell products, apply for a store; to offer agency, hotel, guide or transfer services, apply as a service provider. Sign in and fill in the relevant form, and our team will review your application and get back to you. Approved providers follow requests from their own panel, and agencies can also create caravans.

You can see caravans for Hajj, Umrah and other spiritual journeys on the Caravans page. To join your provider's caravan, tap the link they sent you, or enter the code in the "Have an agency code?" box. You can follow the caravan program and announcements on your caravan page.
